Houseplants

Remember when people used to give houseplants as gifts? I don't think that happens so much anymore because it is like handing someone a great big steaming pile of responsibility and that ain't cool.
But here's a plant to brighten someone's day and it doesn't require watering, sunlight or fertilizer.

The Fine Print: All products by A Muse Studio. Stamps--Today and Always (greeting) and Houseplants; Cardstock-Bermuda polka dot (retired) and Apricot; Other products-Houseplant matching dies. Flowers die set, and clear Twinkle Stickers.

Cute card & no work for the recipient! By the way, Pearl Ex works pretty much like the now popular Perfect Pearls from what I can tell--you just use Watermark ink instead of having to get the PP medium.

Love the design and the fact that this is no-need-to-water plant!

Thanks for reminding me to water my plants...
Nice card. That flower sticker adds just a nice touch of whimsy.

it depends on the people... I tend to give yard plants though. ( most of mine breed like rabbits) I am sure the neighbors used to cringe when they seen a wheelbarrow of Iris going by. This is a really cute card Judy

This is about the ONLY kind of plant I'd be able to grow! LOL Cute card too!

Yeah, you're right. People don't seem to give houseplants any more. I do enjoy houseplants and your card is great - love your colour combo!

This would be the only kind of house plant I couldn't kill.

My kinda plant! Hate indoor plants and tell anyone who might even think of buying me one! I used to have lots, then realized waste of time, plus they wanto be outside! Maybe not in England, but outside somewhere! Xxx

I have a whole houseful of plants - some of them tree-sized, having been travelling with me since university, a whole quarter-century ago! But no, I wouldn't give one as a gift without knowing my recipient to be a worthy, responsible plant-lover who won't kill it as soon as look at it... They might be allowed a cute card like this though.
