Rudolph on Rudolph Day!

I know, I know! I keep telling anyone who will listen that I'm quite sure "they" are cancelling Christmas this year so I don't have to worry about making Christmas cards this year.  I'm starting to suspect that "they" are going to let me down and let it go on as scheduled.
So on that note I made a Christmas deer card based on a previous deer card. I made my Christmas-y deer earlier this month with the idea of saving it for Rudolph Day.  Then I went and almost forgot all about Scrappy Mo's Rudolph Day!  Whew! I'm glad that y'all are around to keep me on the straight and narrow.

This holiday deer also kicks off a countdown towards the unveiling of the new A Muse Studio holiday catalog!  THREE.....

The Fine Print: All products by A Muse Studio. Dies--Word Art and Card Catalog Tag; cardstock--French Roast, Apple Petite Hexagon, and Fern; other products--French Roast Flocking, Cherry Twinkle Sticker and Fern Stitched Grosgrain.

Fun card. Without the red nose you could use the same design for a generic masculine card, so it's doubly useful.
Sorry, but "they" won't cancel Christmas because "they" make too much money from it.

by "generic" I meant "good for any occasion," not "undistiguished."

Gorgeous card! Love the colours and the image. 'They' can't cancel Christmas, I have made lots of cards already! xxx

Fun reindeer with those flocked antlers and tiny hexes working the background! I wouldn't mind if they cancelled Christmas at all. Think of the $$$ we'd all save. We could just learn to appreciate one another again instead of buying things people don't want or need!

I'm with Carol L on this one. Christmas was fine until it went all commercial, and now it's all about the money. Totally missing the point of the holiday. My favorite "Eight Is Enough" episode was when they were robbed of all their Christmas gifts and had to make things for each other. THAT is Christmas.

And don't get me started on Christmas trees & decorations in the stores in AUGUST! /rant

About your card: YOU FLOCKED! Gosh I love that word.

Hello Princess J. So pleased to see your cute deer over at Rudy Day. Love that silhouette of the wonderful brown guy against the pop of the pink polka dots. A very eye-catching design with the green mat behind Mr. Deer. The antlers look nice & fuzzy too and loving his little red nose. TFS & hope all is well out in your area of the country. Hugs.

I'm glad you've realized that Christmas will come whether you send Christmas cards or not! Love Rudolph! See you can get a head start! (was that a pun?)

So glad you were able to join in at the august Rudolph Days Challenge.

Sorry I am so late getting round to visit. Life was a little crazy here with those storms.

Your card looks great. Stags are so very popular this year...a very Outland feel!
