After being overly stressed last month trying to get holiday cards made and sent, wrap up my college class, go to parties, buy presents, wrap presents, mail presents, and finish projects I vowed to get those darn holiday cards done early this year.
And what better way to do that than to follow along with the Merry Monday weekly challenge? The first Monday of the year starts off with a doozy and the theme is white on white. We were allowed to use a bit of a neutral color as well, but some of those purists made strictly white on white cards. I needed a bit of silver to get my cards rolling.
I decided to keep them kind of simple because I didn't really know what to do with white on white, plus once I got that busy background in there I was afraid anything else would detract from my card. I did fancy up the inside of the cards as well.
So there we go! It's not even the first full week of January and I already have 4 holiday cards made for next year (I had a couple left over from 2015 cuz they got sneaky and hid). I'm off to a roaring start! Feel free to join us at Merry Monday and get a head start on Christmas cards! The Fine Print: Angels by DeNami Designs, swirly embossing folder by Cuttlebug, thin silver ribbon by Stampin' Up, not sure the inside greeting.

What a great idea to get the jump on next year's cards straight out of the gates of 2016! The white on white looks so pretty and I love the silver ribbon!
Elegance with a capital E. Love the finished inside as well. The silver is the finishing touch of excellence.
Hugs and Blessings

WTG at getting a head start on 2016 Christmas, and aren't these challenges perfect ways to do such? Looks like you've aced the WoW challenge, and your subtle silver outline on the angel with the narrow ribbon looks wonderful. That's a beautiful embossing, and your design was just the right thing to enhance it. TFS & Happy New Year...
Love these PJ - Less is More and very stylish too!

You've got not 1 but 2 cards in that Christmas stash, PJ! And you rocked this challenge! I'm so glad you shared these with us at Merry Monday!
Beautiful cards, Judy! I have the second angel & although I love the image I have a terrible time using it on cards. The choice of silver was perfect!
very pretty and thanks for the Merry Monday reminder. I also do ABC challenge.
Fab cards for the challenge and you got a head start on next Christmas too. Top marks! xxx
Wow - that's WAY early! But such elegant cards... now all you have to do is put them in "a safe place" and remember they're there come next year.
