Workdesk Wednesday - Three Aught Two

The burning question* of the day is, "What is on Your Workdesk?" And here is my answer photographically:
There are the usual desk toppers, a cat named Cindy and the desk's lid.  Yep, not too terribly exciting.  The lid is closed because of a recent ceiling fan dusting not to hide anything shameful.  Because of course, if it was shameful, I'd be proudly displaying it here. The cats for some reason all felt the need to be included this week so here are Charles, Jack, Dio and Poppy:

I'm not making that up.  There was a brief scuffle about who would get to sit on the desk while it was photographed, Jack kept meowing, Charles headbutted me, Poppy tugged at my pant leg, and Dio circled around and gave cute looks.  Of course that may be because my bottle of antibiotics rattles suspiciously like a treat jar.

The Fine Print: You really should see a doctor about that burning. I did so hence the antibiotics. And I'm sorry that the photo of a big fat happily piled high mess from this past weekend got lost in transit because it was delightfully shameful.

I am purrfectly happy to be sharing your desk with your limelight hogging kitties any day of the week. I think I also need a work with that Poppy as we've not had a guest columnnnnista for quite some time! Hugs xx

Oh, definitely best to pull down the lid if there's ceiling fan dusting to be done!! It's a very fine Workdesk, mine's just a folding table!! And your cats made me laugh...they're not shy, retiring animals are they? Do you think they get their sassy attitude from their antibiotic toting, hopefully burn free owner? ;-)
Hugs, LLJ 31 xx

Hi Judy, animals they just have to be the centre of attention. They just know when there is a camera around. Cindy look as though she cannot understand why the lid is shut. Thanks for the visit earlier and hope you have a good woyww, Angela x 28

Very sensible to pull down the lid - but what a smart item of furniture it looks all closed up! Especially with the feline decoration on the top... I am having fun imagining you being attacked for photo opportunities!!
Thanks for the visit and the comments. Yes, he's pretty brill choosing those stamps for me, isn't he? He didn't ask what I wanted, just thought about what I love to do - then ordered them!! Wey hey!
We are looking forward to the show. John has only been out a couple of times since Christmas - so it will be good if he can go too.
Take care. God bless.

What a wonderful kitty fix on this week's post, Judy! Love it. Kitties always make one feel better, don't they. Thanks for your lovely comment which made me laugh - elephants indeed! I don't feel quite so bad about this second elephant now, actually - it simply can't be helped, and they will send me a date as soon as they can. Hopfefully we will hear something by the end of this week, and it would be great if they could fit me in next week... We shall have to see.

I've always admired your roll top desk and always wanted one. I doubt I'd ever be able to close the lid....LOL

Thanks for the earlier visit, whilst I was out running around and for the comment....lit up my day.

Hmmmn. Just thinking about the ceiling fan dusting. Odd concept in our house. If I stand on my wii board I can actually touch the beams. The ceiling itself is only 6" above the beams. So if we attached a ceiling fan then when it was switched on there could be a lethal beheading in our house!! LOL!
Pretty looking cats.
