Wild and Wacky Workdesk Wednesday

Let's just jump right into What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday with gusto.
That's why my desk looked like this morning since I didn't feel like picking it up over the weekend.
Here's a close up of the left side. Thank you clips, cards I've made and received, card in progress, a puzzle die, a bill, random papers, container of pens, container of washi and miscellany, my corkboard piercing pad that I forgot to bring with me today, note paper, bits and pieces for a Stampin' Up open house, brads, stamps, ribbon.... a little of everything.
The right side is more of the same. Card recipe, a flower die, my reading glasses, an empty glass (for painting), cards received, papers, a Tombow in need of a refill, hand cream, and more miscellany.
Here's a close up of the thank you clips I made for people who ordered from me in July.  It is a clothes pin wrapped with baker's cording and thank you piece that could be reused on a card.  I made quite a number of these since other people found the new catalog as exciting as I did.
Remember proper labeling is key to good organization.

The Fine Print: Really the fish tank in the background is not cloudy. I'm not sure why it photographed that way.  Thank you clip parts by A Muse Studio. Stamps-Friends Fur-ever and Hand Scripted greeting with Bermuda baker's cording (which is thicker thank baker's twine).

That little thank you gifty is cute. Gotta ask -- what's in the top right bin in the center of your desk? From here, it looks like gumballs.

I love to see your desk looking 'busy' - it looks more like mine that way :) I didn't realise you were a SU demonstrator until now - something else we have in common!!

I loved your comments on my blog...it made me laugh! The thought of shoehorning a recalcitrant moggy into one of my bags fills me with fear and trepidation, not to mention lacerated arms! My hubby suggested making holes in each corner for the dog's legs to go through...he also said it could be called a Chihuahua Chucker...honestly, I do wonder.....sigh. :-)

What's in the Souls drawer? So curious! I have the same organizer for my copics.

So curious what's in there.....

Thanks for visiting me earlier. I am glad I made you chuckle with my 'me' label..I was in two minds, so you have made my day :) I want to know what is in your Soul drawer?! Very curious about that Judy. Cx #66

Oh boy, I really need to know not only what you have in the draw marked "Souls" but also the one marked "Mysteries". Do tell :)
And where are the cats? We need to see cats too :)
My crafting wasn't done the same day as skiing, certainly not that energetic. It was done on a non-ski day, which happens when the wind speed gets anywhere above about 40kph. The present wind speed is about 88kph, so glad we were there last week and not this week. Sorry I don't know what that equates to, but trust me, it is gale force ... yuk!
Thanks for dropping by and for your nice comment too,

What a lovely desk!! the thank you clip is a nice touch.
BTW, I can't spread to the floor - that IS the floor, it's where I work! Helen 7

I like the thank you clips, what a fab idea. I am feeling the need to check out the new catalogue...I have resisted thus far, but I am very weak. Is that really a stamp of a car with a fish on the roof? Meanwhile, did you go to or are you having an SU open house? How interesting.

Ok I am going to ask the stupid question here why do you have a drawer for soul's and how are you obtaining them? also what is the fish doing on the roof of the car ? what an unusual stamp, never seen that one before. As for your mess I can't see an iota of mess, just crafty fun. I also love that Purple card on the top of the pile. Have a great week.
