What's on Your Workspace Today?

Since I don't want to get drummed out of the workdesk blog hop for showing the same desk in the same boring condition over and over again, I'll have to come up with something else to entertain you with.
My desk looks the same over and over again because I got in the habit of picking it up at the end of the weekend.  That's because I work full-time Monday through Friday so I don't get much time to craft during the week. That way if I do get a little time to craft during the week I can jump right into it and do it instead of wading through piles of rubble.
This is what has me excited this week.  This is the wall to the left of my desk.  I've always wanted a mirror on that wall.  I wanted a giant mirror but those things are pricey.  And heavy.  So I got this mirror instead, but this isn't settling, oh no. I love this mirror and I reserve the right to add other mirrors in the future because several smaller mirrors do the job of one giant mirror.  I downsized enough junk to rid myself of two plastic bins off the top of the paper holder.  I like this look much better.
This is the desk I never share with you because I don't really hang out here.  This is my computer desk and also the repository for all things I don't know what to do with.  As you see here it is in quite a state! The two smaller plastic bins were also on top of the paper holder from the previous picture.  I haven't quite decided their fate as they still have things in them.  I should share this desk with you more often as this one meets the definition of "interesting" for WOYWW (where interesting = cluttered).
Think about joining the giveaway I have from my Monday post .  You don't have to be a follower (or a leader); you just have to comment on that post.  As of this writing no one has commented and that's more embarrassing than the state of my computer desk.

The Fine Print: What is all that crap all over my computer desk?!  Card parts from Club Scrap's August 2013 Tribal kit. And yes I took those photos Tuesday night.  It looks the same this morning. Pinky promise.

Your tidy desk sounds like a very good idea. I am longing for the day when I can have a space to craft in. Oh, the plans I have for my little crafting summer house in the garden! Julie Ann x#32

I'm glad to see you have an "interesting" desk too!

For the bedroom I bought some cheap blue washed wooden photo frames that matched the decor at the time and had mirrors cut to fit then hung them horizontally to make a tall mirror. I think now that little Kenny is taking an interest the lower ones may have to go away for a few years!

I know what you mean about cleaning up the desk between projects. It's ok to BE in the middle of a mess, but who wants to start something new that way?

Oh, and that SPIDER in the post below. YIKES!!!!

Thank you for stopping by my blog earlier and for the nice comments.

Happy Woyww,

Ha! There could be a lot of euphemisms on WOYWW..... I confess I use them all the time when I don't know what to say about someone's 'creation'!!
But I do think (genuinely!) that your room looks better in my eyes, I just can't work in a mess. My inner OCD is growing all the time........ ;-)

We could do with a second desk, or even one for each bear! Sorry for our late visit this week.

I'm big on clean and tidy, so this desk looks wonderful. And that new mirror looks fabulous. Like the idea that you will add more over time. I see garage sales in your future (grin).

Happy WOYWW on Thursday from #2

I loved the real good old snoop around your room and I think the idea of several mirrors is great - really appeals to e. Now how can I sneak that big mirror off our wall?
Hugs and Thanks for visiting me earlier - Neet xx

I stopped having mirrors in my house when a fat old lady started appearing in them, not in just one but in all of them! You be careful.....

Thanks for visiting my desk earlier in the week, sorry I missed being home. I think you have an amazing space filled with all the things you love and now a mirror too, hey if this is it that makes you happy then go for it. I am with you on keeping the desk in order so when scrapping can get done it does, not having to wade through the previous rubble is such a horrible way to start, better off with a clean plate. Hey it works for you and me so we must be onto something hey...

Happy belated WOYWW
