When Autumn Leaves Begin to Fall

It is once again time for the latest from the A Muse Studio Challenge Blog.  This time the theme is autumn, which is perfect given the time of the year it is.  That is, according to the calendar...  Here in southern Arizona we are still cranking summer in the upper 90's.  You know, we might try on that "fall" thing once or twice in the next few weeks, but it is far too soon to get serious about it.

Meanwhile, we'll just turn the air conditioning low and pretend the leaves are changing.  First we'll pretend there are leaves.

So whether it is fall in your area for real or not, why don't you break out your autumn goodies and make a card and join in the challenge today!  There is a fabulous prize to be had if you live under the auspices of the United States (sorry, 'bout that, for the rest of y'all).
The Fine Print: All products by A Muse Studio. Top card stamps used "Best of Times," "Autumn Days," and "Woodgrain Background."  Paper used papaya and French Roast shimmer,  Inks used currant, orange, French roast, papaya, lichen, and Seattle.  Embellishments used French roast twine and pearls.  Bottom card stamps used "Autumn Leaves," "Autumn Days," and "That's the Ticket."  Papers used vanilla, orange, and French roast wood grain.  Embellishments used antique eyelets.

We've not got fall as such this year, more splat. And it rained and rained and rained and rained and rained. Ick. Leaves going mouldy rather than crispy brown. Hugs Sxx

Princess Judy,

The leaves are changing here and the temperature is nice, especially in the evenings. I feel for you with the heat though.

Love both cards!

Hugs,
Kay

I used to live in the desert too (Albuquerque) and remember having two seasons...summer and winter! I totally love your idea of turning the air conditioner down and just rolling with it!

Your cards are really awesome!! And thanks for the head's up about the challenge. I really want to join in now. I may just work on a card this afternoon!!

See you for WOYWW!
