I made these guys with some dimensional felt stickers that I bought a Joann's a coon's age ago. I decided that this was the year to finally use them. I've been trying to decide if pilgrims are politically incorrect or not? Mostly I wonder if cannibalistic owl pilgrims are politically incorrect or possibly morally wrong? You know, whatever, roll with it.
As you can see, I opted for sharing similar cards at once since they are alike and you know what is coming. Just you wait until tomorrow!
The Fine Print: Felt stickers from Joann's,designer paper by Basic Gray (top) and DCWV (bottom), oval die by Stampin' Up, circle die and orange ribbon by A Muse Studio, brown ribbon by Hero Arts, and leaf decorations from Michaels. The coon in question was really old.

The owls are very cute, and I'm not going near the cannibal issue.

I always get a chuckle from your blogs, and while I'm not clear on the political correctness of Pilgrim Owls, these are adorable. Love the texture of the felt and the stitching on their costumes. The pair look colorful & great with the dp and the leaf border. Very Thanksgiving-y and a delightful design. (we say Coon's age in the south too..) TFS & Happy Turkey day.
those are so cute. yeah, one wonders these days about posting ANYTHING!!! i face that same dilemma when i've made several cards and haven't blogged in a while. I just did a couple of pages of several cards. didn't have the energy to separate them all and put different posting dates. :)
Sweet little Thanksgiving owls! x
Hehehe, that cracked me up! They are so cute though, cannibals or not! Love the leaves and fall papers too!
Love the felt stickers--made for cute cards! Happy Thanksgiving, Judy!
