What's on My Workdesk?

What's on my workdesk, you ask?  Why, a lot of the same old stuff and a cat.  Aren't you glad you asked?
I've worked on some of the projects in progress/leftover bits from last week but some of them are still stashed on the desk.  There are some new ones added on top to boot.
Dio wants me to show off the stuff to the left of my desk.  The top row has two CD hanging file cases that store dies in them.  The silver and black case holds my Copic markers. Under that is a wooden paper holder with paper it in.  The bookcase has bins with drawers with papers by color, ribbons in boxes and magazines.   Left of Dio's head is a three-tiered plastic case that is crammed full of washi tape.  The white drawers under it have stickers, embellishments and paper pads.
Here is a get well card my Momie sent me earlier this month. It was such a nice surprise to find in my mailbox.  And, Lookit! She made it.
The Tic Tac treats is a project my stamp group will work on this evening.  This is definitely not an original design.  I saw this over at Susan's Simple Stampin' blog and just had to try it out.  I don't usually make anything but cards, so this is really out of the box for me.  Check out Susan's blog for easy to follow directions.

The Fine Print: Stamps on Get Well card by MAMBI and Copper Leaf, papers on Tic Tac boxes by A Muse Studio, punches by Stampin' Up, ribbon and twine from my stash.  Yes, that's the twine I have two rolls of each color that I showed off at a previous WOYWW.

You have a beautiful helper. Your desk looks purrr-fectly organized. Love your little frog card from yesterday...so cute. The cat tails are the perfect embellishment. Your mom's tic tac gift was so sweet. A crafty mom for sure.

Dio is gorgeous, which I am sure he knows! Big hugs and ear scritches from me. Great tour of your storage, by the way, lol. Adore that desk- I drool over it every time I see it. I'm hoping the cross referencing will help stop me forgetting about so many stamps- time will tell! Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #35 xx

Dio is so beautiful and makes a great guide to your room. By the way, my speaker problem was just plain and simply that I had forgotten to press the switch to turn them on, Doh!!! How daft can you get? Your Mum's card is lovely and such a treasure to receive. Hope you are feeling better. xx Maggie #2

Ah, I see... cat attack on the stash! Definitely a good idea to keep the desk close-able...

Howdy indeed! You do sound a little better. I looked at your desk and all I saw was the cat!! Such a lovely (and knows it I'm sure). When they asked me tonight what would they could do to make me happier (and buy more cleaning products) I did make the - 'you could include someone to do the cleaning' suggestion. It got a laugh but then they asked , 'no, really....?' so I had to make something else up but really that was all I wanted.

Thanks for the visit! Cindy x

Dio is very proud of your area. I can tell. Loved seeing the pictures, and I envy you the hanging cd case. I've had folks looking for one of the old 8-track cassette holders, but so far no luck. Lucky you to have a Mom who enjoys card making with you, and took time to make you a kiss a boo-boo card. It's cute, and I know you treasure it. Moma's always make it better you know. TFS & Hugs. (gosh, I don't want to be like your Gran either! I kinda thought "is this something I need to worry about" when I realized what I'd done! Hope it's just general Dingbat-ness. :-)

I think Dio is more Ham than cat.
Great tic tac idea, even if it isn't YOUR idea.

When I first saw Dio, I thought you had stolen Bleubeard. But of course, the collar is a different color (grin). Even Bleubeard is impressed.

I agree that color mists are hard to use. They get gunky and sometimes I spend more time cleaning the mister than I do actually misting the background. Very frustrating. Of course, I use them because I made them, or most of them, at least, since I don't have dies, colored pens, or any of the beautiful things on your desk. I don't even have a cat on my desk. Mine knows better, because he's not allowed in my craft room.

Thanks for visiting me already and happy slightly belated WOYWW from #1.
