Workdesk Wednesday #270

It is time to partake in Julia's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday blog hop.  My desk looks a lot like it did last week only I promise it has been picked up and used several times since then.
Here is close up the left side. There is my ever present bucket of pens behind which is a new SU die set (actually it's old but I only just got it), a new Stampin' Up stamp (actually just its case), a recipe I want to try, a list of SU classes, a stamp positioner, and stamp sets I used last night.
The right side shows my Icy Hot patches (my bum hip is acting up), the cards I made, a cardstock swatch ring, my favorite scissors, bookmarks, dies, a Copic refill, ink pads and Copics that match the new A Muse cs colors.
Here is one of the cards I made last night. I CASEd an idea from the a|s consultants gallery. I really like the flower blooms sprouting off the top of the cactus.  Truly they look more like prickly pear blooms and not saguaro, but what do y'all know or care?! Artistic license.
And Charles wants you to know he got up after his nice nap yesterday.  He'd like you to hold out your arms so he can jump into them.
And Cindy says hi. She's sorry about her eyes but my free on-line photo editor doesn't let me fix them. They are pretty blue.
The Fine Print: All card supplies by A Muse Studio. Stamps used Hola Amigo, cardstock used habenero and sugar, inks used Memento black and hibiscus, other supplies Fiesta designer paper and Copic markers.

Not being well versed in the blooming habits of various cactus plants, yours look perfectly cactus-y to me!

Give those kitty ears a scricth for me, please . . .

Oooh, are you sure your cats aren't agents of the netherworld with glowing eyes like that? I'm a bit scared now and am peeking out from behind the sofa.......shivers.....
Love your spiky, flowery non-cactus card btw. I don't care if its factually incorrect or not! You' know how to live dangerously ;-)

Hmmm, cactus - cute on your card, but less friendly IRL :)
So I guess the cute kitties steal the show this WOYWW :)

Hi PJ,
Thanks for popping by for a visit this week. I'm still trying to make a few more desks before I totally give up......grin

Your desk is busy, but still neat (compared to mine)
I totally like your card! The ribbon (?) down the side is a great finishing touch.

I haven't had much play time since I moved everything around in the craft/office/computer room. So I really can't answer your question about finding things....yet...but stay tuned I'm sure I got some things in the wrong spot.....LOL
