This week's A Muse Studio challenge involved stamping on something that wasn't paper. That puzzled me. I'm not a stamping on metal, clay, or glass kind of person. I vaguely considered stamping all over my arm and submitting that. Then it came to me--cork! I can not only stamp on it, I can heat emboss on it.
I have to admit that my heart and soul aren't really into crafting this week. I have so many other things going on.
The Fine Print: Stamp by Copperleaf Creations, heat embossed and colored in with chalks using a blender pen, cork by Magenta, background papers by unknow, fake brads by Candi.

Clever!!! I need to try this! But honestly...I would have LOVED the stamping all over your arm idea ;) hee hee hee
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog this week on WOYWW & leaving
me an idea for Ribbon Storage! Like the idea of utilizing the back of the craft room door, especially as space is at a premium in my crafty shoebox size room! Great card you have made here with heat embossing the cork, I love embossing its one of my fave techniques! Although it does burn like hell if you do it on your skin! (memo to self, do not try this again...ouch) :)...have a great weekend!

This is so cool! I would have supported you stamping all over your arm too but this won't wash away. :)
What a great idea and it looks great, it has worked really well! A lovely card :)
SUPER cool! Love how it turned out! =0)
