After making that summer tree I felt the urge to make a fall version of it. Fall was a good time to be a kid too because the air was crisp and cool and all those wonderful leaves dried up and fell down. They made lovely crunching sounds and it was fun to dive into a pile of them. That is until the leaf dust kicked in my asthma...
Then I made this pink spring tree. The idea of a pink tree with a row of wee hearts is not an original design, but definitely one worth CASEing. Spring was a good time to be a kid too because it meant winter was waning and you could start going outside again with everything starting to bud and bloom. It did tend to be a very muddy time of year, however.
I couldn't bring myself to make a winter tree. In fact, we could do away with winter altogether and I'd be fine with that. We could have fall until it was time for spring. Maybe we could have one or two really horribly cold and gray days to remind us why we hate winter so much. All those winter sports people would just have to find other hobbies.
The Fine Print: Stamps by Stampin' Up "Sheltering Tree," ribbon also by SU, pink glitter glue by Sticklers (not that you can see it that well).

I join you with fall and spring - let's eliminate winter!! Cute cards with those trees, and I"m especially fond of the autumn version with the rakes leaning against the tree. Nothing was more fun as a kid than raking a big pile of leaves and then jumping into them!
Beautiful scenes, love this stamp set..your ink sponged sun on the fall card is fabulous!
Love your tree trilogy, and the hearts are a cute idea, but I quite like winter.....maybe do a Christmas tree? :)
Wow, wow, wow! Love every version, Judy, especially the Fall one--fabulous scene! You're so funny--always make me laugh!
What wonderful cards Princess J - at the moment I am so over winter - it's been really wet here, and now we have a polar blast hitting us with wind, rain and snow (not that snow reaches here very often).
Enjoy your late summer
Blessings
