A Merry Aqua, Silver and White Christmas to You!

I guess today is all about Christmas cards since I have two posts on the subject.  The other one is for the Rudolph Day challenge (two Christmas cards, that's all she wrote) and this one is for Merry Monday, which is a color combo challenge this time.

The colors in question are aqua, silver, and white which are surprisingly festive and surprisingly hard to determine... ...that is, for the aqua.  Some aqua is more blue and some is more green and really it all came down to what I had in my stash.  We had also been given permission to substitute a light gray for silver.

I was tickled to find these pre-printed card bases in my stash and paper in the right colors--both kinds of aqua, gray for silver, and white.  It's like they knew this challenge was coming!  I had a hard time deciding between two stamps so I ended up using them both. I even found some silver glitter, silver glitter paper and shiny silver embellishments to get actual silver onto my cards.
The Fine Print: Card bases, dotted paper, plain aqua, and silver glitter cardstocks by DCWV, stick Christmas tree by Hero Arts, star colored with Sakura silver glitter pen, embellishments by Candi, Hippy Snow Chick by A Muse Artstamps, flower by Prima, and colored in Copics.

These are fun cards. My favorite color is blue, ALL shades of blue qualify. The paisley reminds me of a wintry mix. Great job.

Both cards are great. Fun, fun images. The snowman made me smile but the "scraps" tree is a fun little treat too!
How nice to find the two images that worked so well. Love when that happens.

That colour scheme is great! Turquoise and silver is really effective.
I've been out of action with a nasty summer cold so have just caught up ... that rolltop desk (the new one ... the one you don't have, yet) is absolutely gorgeous!! But is it a lot better than the one you already have? Just wondering, cos, you know, I like to know these things :)
