Christmas Blackboard

This is another quickie CASE card that I made when I was trying to fill up my sample box for an upcoming workshop.  I liked the blackboard look to it and the use of black and red (so non-traditional!).
I don't usually like the backboard look because it often is made with a shadow of itself on it and to me that just looks like you are drunk and can't focus.  That's not Christmasy.... or not in my family.  But now that I think of it that might have improved things!

The Fine Print:  All products by A Muse Studio.  Stamps--Very Merry and Mini Blooms; cardstock--kraft, onxy, cherry chevron, and sugar; other supplies--mini blooms matching dies, cherry sheer ribbon, and sugar embossing powder (holy shit! I embossed!)

That's kinda my issue with the chalkboard technique too...it's supposed to be a secret that I;'m a lush. Not a well kept secret, but hey. I love this funky colour combo :)
