Sneaky Peeky!

Like some of the other home party stamp companies, A Muse Studio has a new catalog coming out next month.  They recently gave us consultants a chance to pre-order some select stamp sets. None of the sets blew me away (I think I am still reeling from the sheer amount of stuff they retired) but I'm definitely seeing the potential of some of them.
There is one set that is chock full of potted plants, cactus and succulents.  As a frustrated indoor gardener (cats and plants don't mix) I was excited to see that set. Here is a pot of African violets that I whipped up for a quickie thank you card.

The Fine Print: All products by A Muse Studio, Stamps--Houseplants and Essential Sentiments II; cardstock--evergreen, grape, kraft and sugar; other--medium scallop border die, lime tiny pearls, and Spellbinders circle and scalloped circle dies.

Looks great!

SU are just about to launch their new catalogue and they retired a tonne of stuff too.

It will take a bit to get used to the new stuff, but I know you'll love it once you start using it all. It takes me a while to come around to new things, esp when I'm bummed about the old things going away. Super cute card, I love that little plant!

I've always liked African violets, and I'm not sure I've ever seen them in a stamp before. It makes a sweet card.

A wonderful card, PJ. I love African violets too. Our house plants survive thanks to hubby's watering regime and the pet snails having a tank with a tight fitting lid ;)!
I hate stamps being retired...

I hate it when they retire stuff, I take it personally, specially if I've not quite stretched to buy it yet! Pretty violets, will rely on you to nod me in the direction of the new catalogue at the right time! x

I once owned a violet for four years before I finally killed it. Live plants and I do not get along well.

I still haven't jumped on the succulent stamp craze. Waiting for it to pass. :)

Plants are a definite no with cats.
Unless you can grow pots of Catnip.
