WOYWW-The Messy Desk Version

For all of those of you who partake in Julia's What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday and prefer messy desks, I did this just for you:
Okay, not really. My desk has been a dumping ground because I've been too busy doing other things.  From left to right I have some correspondence to answer, some goodies from Taylored Expressions, a streampunk owl stamp, a large pile of Simon Says Stamps goodies (that I won from a blog hop!!!!), magnetic tins of embellishments, a huge pile of wood mounted stamps, and a plastic container of candies (the crafting thing, not actual candy).
Even the floor behind my desk is a disaster area I'm getting ready to be a seller at a crafting yard sale.  Goodbye old and no longer used goodies!  Hello new goodies!
Here's my haul from last weekend's Stamp and Scrap Fest convention, minus a couple of things. I also got a haul from my hubby since it was our anniversary, so lots of new goodies in my life all unplayed with as of yet.
Here's a card I made at a make and take at the convention using the new 3D paper tole pages that punch out now so no more fussy cutting. I  actually don't mind fussy cutting but my eyes are starting to fail me.
Charles didn't want to be left out.

The Fine Print: I got nothing for you down here today.  I know that breaks your heart, but remember, kid, they can't all be winners.

Well, Judy, what a desk full of excitement this week. Puss obviously vetting the selling/sorting process - making sure you don't get rid of the wrong things. He has amazing coloured eyes.
Thanks for visiting - yes, I'm on my way with dress number one - the one which has to travel safely to Romania! I nearly threw myself the length of the diner this morning trying to sort out the next bit... but I survived!
Take care.

Hi Judy, not visited your desk for a while but then I haven't been around much myself. I always feel I'm visiting a relative with you, because a) you use the same blog background as me, and b) you are just as craftily messy as me, maybe we are long lost sisters.
Congrats on the candy win and good luck with your sale.

I enjoy all your posts, winners or not ;-) It's hard to keep up the banter for each post...I don't always hit the mark each time but that's ok too!
I want to see a close up of your steampunk owl, that sounds a fab combination to me! I also like the skull stamps too...they're fun"!

"They all can't be winners", a quote from bad santa maybe?
Wonderful goodies you have! I saw a pile of ink pads on your desk. I was thinking when you come over you can bring them to use with my new stamps!
How far is AZ from NJ? I'm free between 3 and 5. That's enough time, right????

Love the card, and paper tole is new to me. Just saw a mention of that at another blog. Recognized some Stamp Dr. items (that flip die!) and guess this vendor was at your convention. Looks like you had fun. Liked your messy desk too, and I appreciated you making that effort just so I'd feel at home! TFS & Hugs

Oh lucky you winning stash and getting more as well. Love the puddy's sticking their noses in where they want to be, so typical. You really do have some fun goodies I love the old lady with the walker by Impression Obsession I have used it many times over. It was my wedding anniversary yesterday too.
Thanks for visiting.

You made out like a BANDIT this week and also for your anniversary. Looks like you have more dies than you know what to do with, too.

Did you steal Bleubeard? OK, I know it's Dio, but I still think he looks like Bleubeard's twin.

Good luck selling that slightly used stash. I hope there's a good turnout.

Because it's still Wednesday in my world, have a happy WOYWW from #2.

Fabulous card with lovely fresh colours.

Isn't it so nice to get new goodies - should be prescribed by all doctors!!

My work desk is a dinning room table so all has to be packed away :(

You make me feel good. No I'm not going to post pictures. I can't back up far enough to get it all in. Cherokee says, "We have fire sale." But we didn't have a fire. He just smiled. OH no you don't. LOL

Bit like me lol...Not much room to work! Trouble is if you tidy up? things tend to go missing.. Good job you have Charles to help you out.

Your helper is so lovely, such an expressive look on his face. I started off very well at the NEC, sticking very close to my list. then I lost my list, and saw all the beautiful new stencils at the Clarity stand. they were calling to me and it would have be rude to refuse all the great show offers, wouldn't it? You can see my purchases next Wednesday on WOYWW. I had a great time meeting up with good internet friends and getting to know them personally. I did make time to play a little this afternoon, but the rest of the week is taken up now with a good clear out in readiness for the family to descend for a real onslaught on the wreck that is my garage and shed. xx Maggie

Your desk looks great covered in all of that crafty stuff. I'm slowly filling a bag for the next craft yard sale at my LSS in June. Can't wait to see some of your new stuff on some cards!
