I was thinking it had been awhile since I told you some random funny story, but the only story I thought of didn't really go with today's card.
I can't really think of any funny story that would go with today's card, so how about I just make a random point. A relative of mine passed away and a decision was made to NOT have any type of service or memorial. "Those tend to suck anyway," it was noted by someone else. It felt like a relief at the time but after awhile it felt like something was missing. So there you have it--darned if you do, darned if you don't.
The Fine Print: papers by unknown, flower stamp by Hero Arts, greeting and ribbon by A Muse, butterfly punch by Martha "that bitch" Stewart. And no, it wasn't from my Dad's passing earlier this year. We had the full on, flag folding, 21-gun salute, ceremony for him as requested by him in his last will, after years of saying he wanted no fuss. So, just goes to show you, you just never know. I humbly request that my service put the FUN back in funeral. I want Metallica, llamas, and juggling dwarves.
