Wonky Workdesk Wednesday

This is my desk:
This is my desk on drugs:
Any questions?

Okay, you caught me.  That isn't my desk on drugs--that is drugs on my desk! And no, I just pulled all these bottles out of the cupboard for the photo these aren't current prescriptions.  In fact, I'm allergic to most of these (why there are so many). I'm not sure why I still have them. I should take them to a street corner and sell them for stamp money or something.

Anyway, my desk and surrounding area is a complete disaster area. It is part of the reason I don't feel very crafty. I must get it picked up soon so the house sitter has some place to sit.  This is what I would be working on if I had room and mojo:

Some spring stamps and my new spring stacks.  As always, whenever I break out the camera the cats get in the way.  I didn't realize that Fido got in the picture but I'm not surprised.   Me, of little words.

Thanks for popping by mine - and yes, happiness is defo a jar of ribbons....a drawer full of stamps.....piles of paper....and anything else that counts as stash!I've even been known to "borrow" the ribbon from my daughter's pyjama bottoms! Funny comment about drugs...made me laugh!

Hi Princess Judy! You are too funny!! Maybe you should make up a sign and stand around town "will dance for stamps."

You asked about my workdesk area. That is my dining room table - my one and only table! I shouldn't even call it my dining room table because the only time I use it is when I have company and have to clear it off! I've been having creative juices flowing for several months now and love it! If I hit a dry spell then I'll clear it all off and contemplate.

Thanks for visiting. I'm still "at work" and my computer crashed today (at work) so couldn't even snoop during my lunch break.....

Hugs,
Kay

Good for a laugh as usual - selling drugs for stamps indeed!! Lookslike when your mojo returns you will be in a spring like mood judging by the bunnies and bright colours. Can't wait!

I didn't see Fido until you pointed him out.... of course he wants to be in the photo and go international. Maybe you can use the pill bottles for storage ...seeing the contents didn't do it for you. take the unwanted meds to your local drug store or pharmacist. That way you won't get arrested and can keep crafting. I don't know if they would let you craft in correctional centres our blades, cutters, trimmers, alcohol inks, glues and other bits and pieces could be misinterpreted.

Put the drugs into a large bag and take them back to the chemist for them to dispose of them safely. Keep all the pots and jars and stuff, and decorate them for storage pots or anything else that you fancy. Forbid yourself to craft until you have completed a specific household task (like Glitter Grammy) and I bet Mr Mojo will be working overtime wile you are working. Have a good week. xx Maggie #8

Apologies for my exceedingly late appearance... life etc getting in the way of my perusal of places crafty!! I see you went for the birds eye view as well... it certainly gives you a different perspective, doesn't it?
