Today is World Card Making Day which is very similar to Weapons of Mass Destruction except for the weapons are a lot more fun and the only thing getting destroyed is the budget.*
Anyway, to celebrate WCMD I cleaned the closet. And it wasn't even the closet in the craft room.
Okay, then I went to a friend's house so I'd be forced to make a card. Or two. I'll share those later after they've been properly photographed. Or improperly photographed, however my photography skills take me.
The Fine Print: *And maybe some paper. Stamps by Stampin' Up.

Pretty Oriental images, PJ! I stamped with a friend too, but don't have much to show for it. Evidently the pieces I did are still at her house. Can you tell that I wasn't excited about them! I hope you had more success than I did!
its so pretty card!
lots of hugs
Good for you making a card on WCMD. I like the colorful stripes on this Asian beauty!
Absolutely gorgeous! xxx
Hi PJ, thanks for your visit after I was so long MIA. Had to chuckle at your adventures on WCMD...good for you at cleaning a closet. And I love the simplicity of this fresh green bamboo paired with the peach shades of the scallop mat and the striped background. The tiny button tied in the gold string adds just the right embellie to a lovely card. Perfect way to celebrate WCMD. TFS & Hugs.
You are so funny! My stamp room looks like weapons of mass destruction hit it but I did manage to create a card for WCM day! Which is something. I love this card. Love the bamboo and the pretty scallop framing!
I love the style of this card! Lovely job! I didn't get any cards made on WCMD either.
A really pretty Oriental card. I especially like the golden thread and little button embellishment. Barbxx
Love the stamped image and the pretty paper! Great fall colors!
