Cat Lovers Hop - Day 6

Let's see, by using all my fingers and toes I think this is the final day for the Cat Lovers Hop. I've enjoyed seeing all the cat themed projects, ogling all sorts of wonderful cat stamps, and coming up with projects of my own.
I thought I'd start out by sharing this very old one-layer card I made using a friend's stamps. She had all these fluffy cat body parts that you put together to create cats in various poses. This is the only one that I made that didn't look weird. I had a penchant for putting cat legs backwards.

I kept this card because it always reminded me of that playtime with Anne (RIP). Plus, you don't get a more typical cat pose than this one.

On this final day of the Cat Lovers Hop I'd like to offer this cling stamp set below from Amuse Studio (who is soon to be RIP) to one of my lovely readers. To be eligible all you have to do it comment on this post. That's it--you can be anywhere in the world. I'll draw and announce the winner on Halloween. If you don't want to be included in the drawing, just mention that in your comment.
Edited to add: Random.org picked commenter no. 5 as the lucky winner! Congrats to MandySea in Australia.
The Fine Print: I don't know who makes the fluffy cat body part stamps but I wish I did. And I actually have more fingers and toes than six. You know, in case you wondered.

I love your fluffy cat Judy. It's a super oldie card. That looks like a super set and way ahead of it's time. It's good that you have happy memories of crafting with your friend Anne. Barbxx

OMG! What a cool stamp set. Too bad you don't remember who made those cat parts. I sort of suck at real stamping bt I just got one of those Misti thingies so I hope to master the technique some day. How sweet of you to offer the adorable little kitty cling set. Love, Love, LOVE! Thanks so much for a chance to win. Glad you have a full set of fingers and toes. ;) xxD dlmundinger(at)yahoo(dot)com USA

Oh PJ! This really is just lovely! You clever little sausage. Such a gorgeous (wonderful colours!) image and it does remind me of the cats that I 'babysit' around here - they turn their backs in a 'huff' when their owners are away and I'm scrabbling around on the floor with my poorly back making sure they have lots of fresh food and water!). We have no cats, dogs or tame birds ourselves to look after (sigh) - but I always end up caring for our neighbours' pets. Plus all the wildlife that Len tends to of course :)

A perfect card - I love it!!

Hugs

My beloved Muffin (RIP) used to strike this pose to anyone but me - he was a one-woman cat so a lot of people saw his back. He would also show it to me at the vet! Your card is adorable and that sounds like such a fun and creative stamp set! You could make all sorts of kitties! Hugs to you on your beloved Anne (((()))).

Oh my, I didn't know Amuse was not going to be around any more. That's disappointing! But I'm excited about your giveaway! The cat stamps are sooooo cute! I love all the sentiments too! Oh, pick me, pick me! Crossing fingers and toes!

So glad you were part of the hop, Judy! It's been a fun week!

Haha! Your comment about putting the legs on backwards has me chuckling over my morning coffee. I've never seen a stamp like that, but can see that it could be both a blessing and a curse! Looks like you got it right with this pose though, because it's so typically cat.
Thanks for the chance to win that adorable little stamp set and for sharing all your fabulous cat projects on the hop. I've had so much fun seeing what everyone came up with!

What a fun idea to make a cat stamp with separate parts to combine in different ways. I would probably end up with the legs backwards too, or even the head on wrong, lol. This is such a sweet design, and I keep wanting to sneak a peek at the kitty's face.
Thanks for the chance to win a stamp set and for sharing your cards this week.

Not sure if anyone said this already, but I think the stamp is from some-assembly-required (I could be wrong) - but your choice to go clean and simple and capturing the pose I see most is so cool! Its' been fabulous hopping with you & getting to know you - and that you for generously offering that candy!

This is definitely a common cat pose! I had a snowman set with various parts and always got the strangest looking snowmen! I do better with all the parts already attached on my stamps!

Big CONGRATS to Mandy who won your lovely giveaway!!! Yay! How nice of you to have a prize for a lucky winner!! So very sorry AMUSE is not going to be around much longer.
I didn't get around here in time to enter, but that's okay. I have been very much enjoying taking me sweet time looking at each project and reading each post in depth...as well as most of the other comments! I just LOVE this hop and all the different cat lovers I get to meet!

I am in love with your build-a-cat card! Ha. The fluffy parts are perfectly assembled for that classic cat posture. Would love to find out who makes that one.

Thank you so much for participating in the 2016 Cat Lovers Hop!!!
