What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday?

Really, who cares what is on my workdesk this week?!  The important thing is that I am now in the same state, same house AS my workdesk.  It is good to be home.  Since my father took ill and we left suddenly the things on my workdesk are the exact same as last week, right down to the two magazines I had planned to read and play with.  I meant to bring those with me but forgot.  These are the same the photos as last week since my camera died I can't prove to you it all looks the same; you'll just have to take my word for it.

Here's another card from what I've been working on lately, playing with my Lemon Flower paper.  The flower was cut out of a sheet of 12x12 that had large flowers all over it.
Look!  Short and sweet...

Edited to add the part I always forget: If you want to stroke your inner voyeur and see what all this workdesk madness is about, check out Julia's blog Stamping Ground.  You'll see that lots of folks open up their blogs and work spaces for you to check out.  It is totally fascinating and addicting.  Go look, you'll see.

Firstly, hope your pa is better - at times like that, crafting really doesn't matter, nor your desk.
Secondly, love that card! The combination of lemon, green and silvery grey is beautiful.
I'll have to take my shoes and socks off if I want to count further! Hope you are ok after your stressed week...

great looking desk! I quit buying magazines cause I couldn't read them, surf on the computer and get any crafting done. Too slow in the uptake division. Gorgeous card! I am offering up some blog candy so come leave a comment on my blog and get a chance to win! Thanks for sharing and have a great week. Vickie #90

Hope your pa recovers soon. Love the card and I must admit to not being able to say no to a magazine and that you get to read them real soon.

Love the card ....great neat cutting out ...good use of large flower paper...I'm a bit clumsy when I'm cutting out.

Never fear, I won't take you seriously about Origami. Even though it gives me the chills I insist on trying it from time to time. One must practice their bad words you know.

Hi Judy, there really is nowhere like home ... I like all my things around me and to hand and suffer withdrawal symptoms every time I go away. Your card is lovely, I like the flower and the sentiment. Thanks for dropping in on my blog today ... you mentioned that you like the paper pad I had out and would buy it if you could find in the shops ... it's a Wild Rose Studio pack, Faded Florals - very fifties retro ... is that a maker not available in the USA? Hope you find time to read those magazines this week. Elizabeth x #78
