A Button Challenge

When I first started checking out other folks' blogs I would notice challenges and give-aways.  I thought that was cool and often had ideas where I could have played along if only I had a blog...

...now I have a blog so what is to stop me?  How about a dead ceiling fan light?  Yeah, that put a kink into things a bit but I still pulled through.  Yes, I have other sources of light to use, including a mighty battery operated (with cord option) Ott light, but I couldn't sit and play at my desk while there was man on a ladder hovering above.  Now he is gone and I have a new ceiling fan/light source, so here we go!

I joined the A Muse Studio Challenge featuring buttons.  A Muse Studio calls their bags of buttons "Not Your Grandma's Bag of Buttons."  That gives me a laugh, as my maternal grandmother would put a|s to shame with her bottles, bags, and random stashes of buttons everywhere in her house, but it is still a great name.  The challenge was to use at least one button on your project.
The Fine Print: All products by A Muse Studio: Queen's Anne Lace from "Beautiful Botanicals," greeting from "Autumn Beauty" set, French Roast twine, French Roast buttons, papers--orange, French roast, toffee, and wood grain, and inks-orange, papaya, and French Roach.
