Many Thanks

Check this out! My illicit fancy cut and fold doggie house won top honors over at the Shopping Our Stash blog. I'm so tickled!  The latest challenge is to use plastic.... perhaps shrink plastic, acetate, plastic buttons or other plastic embellishments.

I have the cutest plastic flower buttons I wanted to use on a card. I wandered over to my hanging organizer which has some embellishments in glass jars and promptly dropped the jar with fancy sequins onto the tile floor. It shattered into tiny bits and none of it was salvageable-- Such tragedy!

That put me off playing for bit so for now you'll have to make due with this business envelope sized thank you card I made awhile ago. It's all I got... well, I suppose I could should you some glass shards and ruined sequins. *sigh*
The Fine Print: Card toppers, stamps, and parts by Club Scrap. BTW, the kitties wanted to help pick up the mess. I think we got by without anyone getting glass in their paws.

Congratulations on your win! That was an awesome dog house card! Such a shame about your jar of sequins! Glad you didn't try to pick the sequins out and cut your fingers! This is a very pretty substitute!

Hurrah--well-deserved win, Judy--I loved the dog house! So sorry about the disaster, but glad no paws ended up with glass in them! I like this long, narrow card!

YAY congrats and totally well-deserved.

Sorry I jogged your arm while you were holding the sequin jar though. xxx

Congratulations on a fab win, and bummer about the shattered jar of sequins. Those are hard enough to pick up just spilling a few out on a surface! Love the shape of this pretty red card. Dunno why I never think to make this elongated business size...very elegant, and nice change of pace. Hope you recover soon! Hugs & TFS
