Workdesk Wednesday #314

I was standing around this morning, pondering my existence and voiced the following, "It is Workdesk Wednesday today, but I'm not sure that I care." Hubby said, "I care."

And I know that a whole lot of you do too.  In fact, what I meant was that I wasn't sure I wanted to bother with it. I'm in a bit of a funk you see... and as you can see the desk isn't that much different from before:
I didn't work on any organizational things like I had planned, but I did do something far more exciting. I made cards! I made lots of cards. I know we can all agree that crafting trumps organizing any day.  Here is one of the cards I made this past weekend (pre-funk).
And here is a close up of the card that is lying smack dab in the middle of my desk. I received it from a friend for a swap.
The Fine Print: My card stamp from Club Scrap "Cape Cod", silver embellishment and white photo corners from Recollections. The funk is caused by one of those soul-killing, life-force-sucking, completely-annoying-and-aggravating problems that show up like clockwork. Cuckoo clocks, that is.

I had intended to visit before I fell asleep this morning, but sleep won out, sort of like your life sucking cuckoo clock. Your card is wonderful. I even like the sentiment.

Oh oh h...bloody funk, I loathe it's inconvenience. AM also a bit naughty because I love that it makes you care less and be rebellious. And I love your husband for caring. And that Adirondack chair is the biz.

I love crafting. Organizing.... not so much. That's why you never see photos of my work desk. It's pretty much impossible to see the desk....

Birthdays can do it to you. I've been in many a funk around my birthday! But the card you got from your friend is beautiful, as is your card with the chair. Lovely! Thanks for sharing, Lindart #47

I care!!!! Bloooming funk :-( Put some loud music on and dance it out. That solves pretty much most of my blues/problems.
The cats hate it of course....their musical tastes tend to be cool jazz, whereas I love dissssscccccooooooooooooo :-)
Hugs, LLJ 17 xx

What a fabulous craft room you have, I would love to lose myself in there! I do hope you're feeling better and that you're able to get back your crafting mojo. Who cares about organisation, not enough time for that when there's the priority of therapeutic crafting to be done! My cats say thank you for the tickle and send healing purrs back to you :) Love the cards :)

At least your desk is tidy, ready for you to get creative on, when the mood strikes.
We had two of those chairs (IRL) on the front verandah. One of them got stolen some years ago :(
Those cats should be of some comfort in your time of funk.

That's usually my problem I know I have to clean and tidy up but crafting always WINS LOL or Painting or drawing or ANYTHING but Cleaning
