Blue 'n Yella

I had this brilliant idea that I would take the leftover bits from the Solstice kit box and use it all up, like in one fell swoop, just get it done and over with.

However, the reality is I made these three cards and decided I was bored with that idea.  Probably those bits and pieces will have to sit on my desk for another six months before I use them up.  How tedious!

The Fine Print: Most things by Club Scrap "Solstice" kit except for designer floral paper by DCWV, paper flower by Prima, yellow cord by Recollections, and iridescent sequins (my new exciting purchase from Michael's!).  I really hope it doesn't take me six months but I think my git up 'n go might have done got up 'n went.

Well done PJ, with using up so much of your stash in these brilliant sunshine-y cards. They each one just made me smile thinking of hot summer. Good job on each one. I think my git up & go must be wandering somewhere around out in blogland too. Just can't seem to get motivated to make any cards except when I have a deadline commitment. I have all these great ideas, then ...nah, I think I'll take a nap. Hope your git up comes back fast. TFS & Hugs

Mary's got it - ooooh, I have so much to do, I think I'll have a nap. Yep. I hear you on the "I'm gonna use this up!" and then pooping out before I've actually used it up. I really like the neat way you added the sentiment on the first one!

Hi Princess Judy,

Tee hee. I can relate! The cards you made are nicely done though.

Thanks for visiting me recently. I really enjoyed getting the ATCs - mine are still a WIP!!

Hugs,
Kay

You're 3 cards ahead of the game, even if you didn't use all the scraps! Those sparkly sequins are the cat's MEOW! Lookin' good!
