A few weeks ago, before I caught the plague, my friend invited me over to her house to play. Of course I said yes, because once you become an adult you don't get invited over to play much anymore. It's a really sad thing.
Anyway, she had invited several ladies to come over and play. The purpose of our gathering was to make Valentine's cards. I had a ridiculous amount of Valentine embellishments lying around so I brought them and we had a grand old time playing. These are a couple of the cards I made.
The Fine Print: Big heart die cut from friend, loves from Stampin' Up and A Muse Stuido, heart DP by DCWV, dotted DP by Theresa Collins, ribbon and paper flowers from my stash.

Both fabulously romantic hun, glad you had a fun playdate. That's the issue with the virtual world, we can share with a wider audience, but you craft alone. Sob. Hugs xx
Two lovely cards Judy. I really like the background paper on the first card. Barbxx

Zounds that first card is a dazzler with the red & black! Awesome duo from your playdate ;)
Yay . . . Love-ly Valentine's day cards. Isn't it great to be invited round to your mate's house to play? Look what fun you had.
Hope you're making a good recovery from the plague now xxx
Love play dates with play mates, and these cards are romantically gorgeous. Hope you are feeling better from the dreaded plague xxx
Oh that does sound like fun! Your cards are gorgeous! Loving the foiled hearts!
Both are beautiful! I love the foil hearts. x
Ooh these are so cool! I generally craft alone, boo hoo! I could invent some imaginary crafting friends to play with - that might be just plain weird though!!! xxx
Two great cards Judy, it must be fun to create with friends.
